In consideration of my voluntary participation in Denver BOMB rides and events, I hereby freely agree to and make the following contractual representations and agreements.

I fully realize the dangers of participating in bike rides and fully assume the risks associated with such participation including, by way of example, and not limitation, the following: The danger of collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other cyclist, fixed or moving objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment, and weather conditions; and the possibility of serious physical and/or mental trauma or injury.

I hereby waive, release, relinquish, discharge and covenant not to sue for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns, any and all rights, demands, claims, obligations and/or causes of action, whether known or unknown, which I have or which may hereafter accrue to me against Denver BOMB, its members, volunteers, sponsors, the successors and assigns, directors, agents, employees, attorneys, and all other persons, firms or corporations with whom any of the former have been, are now or may be affiliated with or based upon, in connection with or arising out of my participation or association with the event, or travel to or from the event. Further, I agree to indemnify said entities and individuals for any damages, including cost and reasonable attorney fees that they may incur as a result of my participation in Denver BOMB’s rides and events.

I understand and agree that situations may arise during Denver BOMB activities, which may be beyond the immediate control of Denver BOMB, its members, volunteers and sponsors. I also agree to ride wearing a helmet.

I agree for myself and successors, that the above representations are contractually binding, and are not mere recitals, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am RSVP’ing “Yes” by  attending the ride or event, I have given up substantial rights. I also state that I RSVP’d freely and without inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release to the greatest extent of the law.
